Davis-Field Airport Expands

It looks like it’s clear skies ahead for Davis-Field Airport.
The airport has announced tentative construction plans that will include the addition of a 14-bay hangar on the grounds‚ as well as a spacious addition to the current terminal. Those key improvements are part of an overall capital investment initiative planned for the airport‚ which is owned‚ operated and maintained by the city of Muskogee.
Davis-Field‚ located on U.S. Hwy. 64‚ about five miles south of the downtown Muskogee business district‚ can accommodate anything from light to heavy transport-type jet aircraft.
